The service is what made my stay at the ibis Styles Évry Courcouronnes stand out. Trancia at reception was welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived, and she took initiative to make sure I felt valued. She's a real asset to the team, and I'm grateful for her excellent customer service. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well maintained. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Getting around was convenient, with shops and transport nearby, and breakfast was fresh and tasty each day. The staff were welcoming and always willing to help. My room was clean, modern, and quiet, so I could relax easily. I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend the hotel and come back.

This was the only hotel on my trip where I felt nervous at night. The place had a really creepy feel, was dirty, and had broken things. The air conditioning in the room couldn't be adjusted, so it got very hot. The lift wouldn't work going down, and we had to carry our luggage down the stairs. When I booked, I was led to believe breakfast was free. Never again!

I've stayed here twice, and email and message replies could be quicker. I understand there may be delays in peak season, but it's still an area to improve. The double room with a single double bed doesn't have a bathtub, or at least that's what I was told. Breakfast starts around 6:30, which is great. The buffet is decent already, though more choices, especially hot dishes, would make it even better. The location is the best you can find in Evry, the staff are very helpful and friendly, and the place is extremely clean. I highly recommend it and will consider it whenever I visit Evry 👍🏻
