My clients found Château Eza during one of our guided tours and stayed there recently. Afterward, they couldn't stop talking about how much they enjoyed the service, setting, and meals. The hotel sits high above the Mediterranean in a fairytale-like spot, with breathtaking views. From the moment they arrived, they noticed the attentive service, care with the details, and warm welcome. They also loved the refined, high-quality cuisine and beautiful presentation. My clients were delighted with every part of their stay. I'd highly recommend Château Eza to anyone after a memorable stay in an enchanting place on the French Riviera.

We were at Château Eza for a wedding, and the whole place felt intimate, romantic, and full of character. The views across the coast were breathtaking, and the setting was truly magical. The staff were warm and attentive, keeping all the event details on track. Dinner from the Michelin-starred restaurant was a highlight, with every course beautifully made and full of flavor. We also got to see one of the rooms. It was stunning, with luxurious finishes and the same unbelievable views, easily one of the highest-quality places to stay in Èze. A special venue for any occasion.

I had a last-minute reservation request because I really wanted to see the view, and the team found me a table. When my guest got sick that afternoon and couldn't come, they easily switched the booking to one person. I never felt rushed and could just enjoy dinner and the panorama. Their thoughtful, professional service made the evening feel relaxed. The restaurant is in the medieval village of Èze, on Rue de la Pise, with a dining room and terrace high on the cliffs above the Mediterranean. From a table at the edge, the view is wide and changes with the light. It feels suspended between sky and blue water, a lovely setting for a special occasion or a quiet meal alone. The sea views also suit the menu's seafood focus. Chef Justin Schmitt cooks with French and Mediterranean traditions, adding modern touches. The seasonal ingredients, elegant plating, and classic savory base were well executed, and the seafood dishes were flavorful. The food was delicious, but some of the creative combinations were hit or miss for me. I prefer straightforward classic French flavors, so those dishes didn't impress me as much as more traditional places like Robuchon restaurants. The meal was good, though the surroundings were the real star. It's a one-star restaurant, and the hotel also holds a Michelin key. For a special meal where the scenery and considerate service matter most, I'd gladly return. Book a prime terrace table early if that's what you're after.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the meal was lovely. Still, I expected more from a Michelin-rated restaurant. As others have mentioned, they were quite stingy with the bread and butter, and water cost extra. The wine list also felt surprisingly limited, at least for drinks on the terrace.

We came around lunchtime without a reservation, and the place was nearly empty then. It was a little hot, but the atmosphere was mesmerizing, with a beautiful view of Cap Ferrat. We wanted somewhere to refresh and unwind, and it turned out to be just right. More than a restaurant, it felt like a whole experience.
