Les Terrasses d'Eze

The seaview room is a must, and walking up to the pedestrian village gives you an even better view. The pool and gym were really clean, too. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the village, though half the route has no sidewalk, and a 15-minute drive to Monaco. There’s also a trail to the train station or the plage. The rooms are clean, and you get the charm of south France. Amazing experience, highly recommended. I’m looking forward to coming back.

The terrace view is extraordinary, and breakfast was wonderful. Our room was clean, and the staff were kind and professional. It really is a 4stars hotel. I recommend it, and we’ll definitely come back.

We had to leave that same night and find another hotel. The room was filthy and poorly maintained, with visible rubbish from previous guests and ants and other insects everywhere, even on the bed. When we told the staff, they were rude and unprofessional. They took no responsibility, wouldn’t clean the room or move us, and acted like it was our fault. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had, far below a reasonable standard of hospitality. I strongly recommend avoiding it.

There were ants all over the room in Èze, including inside my belongings and shoes, so it was completely uninhabitable for the night. I reported it at reception as soon as I arrived, but was told there would be no solution until the next day. For the price, I expected better hygiene and customer service. Despite clear evidence of the infestation, they offered no compensation or refund. I don’t recommend this hotel based on my experience.
