Parcel delivery is an option, not something you're required to use! It makes me furious to see people criticize the service. I want to thank the manager for doing me a huge favor by providing this nearby pickup point, and for being so friendly 🙏

I prefer this to a locker, where things can feel impersonal and uncertain. I come by regularly to collect packages, and the service is always professional. The friendly, family atmosphere is lovely, and the little dogs are adorable.

I've always managed to collect my parcels here, and the person there is helpful whenever we're trying to find the QR code. I'm keeping this pickup point in mind, though the opening hours don't work well for me, which is why I gave it four stars.

The manager is friendly and always has a smile for us. I pick up my packages at this hotel and always get a warm welcome. I'd recommend it! 👍🏼

Some of the reviews seem pretty nasty and ungrateful to me. The gentleman is incredibly kind and always available, and he welcomes me whenever I bring packages. I only come here to drop off and pick up packages, and I imagine those people are glad to have somewhere to do that. Maybe they should think about their manners.
