Le petit manoir

Trivago showed the hotel as being in Sarlat, so I booked it by mistake. I cancelled half an hour later and asked for a free cancellation, explaining the location error. Booking.com and the hotel never answered my complaint. After the hotel didn't show up, I followed up, but they still refused to refund me. Their customer service was extremely poor: they ignored my request until the reservation was confirmed. Absolutely not recommended.

The garden was beautiful, and even with all the vehicles in our group there was plenty of parking. We had a family weekend away and really liked the room layout, the quiet rooms and the warm welcome from the managers. The breakfasts were generous and filling. My room's bedding was especially good, and I slept incredibly well. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

The room looked lovely, and even the extra bed was comfortable. The staff were attentive and super friendly, and we got a warm welcome. One thing that didn't work for sharing with friends was the whirlpool tub, which had no curtain and there was no separate shower or bathtub. It wasn't ideal for washing up.

The location worked well for a stay of several days, with plenty to see nearby. The owner was friendly and really made an effort to welcome everyone. The room was cleaned in a French style 🤗, and breakfast was excellent. A great place to visit.
