The location was perfect for relaxing, and it’s a great place for children. We had a lovely breakfast and the staff were so nice. We stayed one night at "Gite Le Ruisseau" while cycling with our two-year-old son, and the hosts were extremely helpful in making our stay work.

We felt really welcomed and cared for throughout our company off-site. Thanks so much to Els, Anaïs and the whole team behind the scenes for being so kind and attentive, and for handling our different needs and all the logistics so smoothly. The setting was breathtaking, and the facilities were clean, well equipped and thoughtfully laid out for both group work and team-building. We spent a few unforgettable days here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks for having us.

The Chateau is tucked away in lovely countryside, surrounded by small, picturesque villages. There are good rooms, places to socialize and hike, and the host's office is close by. We came to Chateau le Risdoux for a company kick-off weekend, and from our very first contact they helped with whatever we needed: transfers, restaurant arrangements, wine tasting, drinks, and all our meals. We wouldn’t have had such a good stay if we’d booked everything ourselves. We strongly recommend staying here!

The grounds around the castle are an amazing place to explore, and the nearby forests are great for a walk. It’s a quiet, lovely spot right by the river, nicely tucked away. The owners worked hard, and are still working hard, to make the place look as it does. You get all the comforts you could need while the old buildings keep their authentic feel. Just an awesome place.

We got married here eleven years ago, renting the whole domain for our sixty guests, and we still come back regularly. Chateau le Risdoux is lovely for a celebration or just spending time with family and friends. The owners are friendly and helpful, and there are two party venues where guests can eat and dance. Pets can stay in the cottages, but not in the castle. The French Ardennes nature around the domain is beautiful and makes it a paradise for hikers. The cottages are cosy and comfortable, with a wood stove to relax beside. The more luxurious castle works well for groups of up to twenty. One of the older, smaller cottages was recently renovated for two people, and it turned out lovely and romantic. The small river Ruisseau runs just behind it, making a soothing sound as you relax. What a find!
