Residence Pierre & Vacances La Foret

The ski and boot rooms were a good size, and our room was clean and roomy too. Staff were friendly, and the slopes are just a couple of minutes away on foot. Really impressed.

We were mountain biking during the day, and the village was a lovely, laid-back place to unwind afterwards. We ate at nearby restaurants both nights, with good food at decent prices. Check-in was easy even though we booked at the last minute while passing through on a road trip. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and had what we needed, just as described. It wasn't luxurious, but it was comfortable and everything worked. The bed was a little firmer than I like, though for the price I can't complain. There was room to spread out, and it felt like good value. We didn't get to try many of the area's extra facilities. This was only a short stopover, but I'd happily return for longer. It made for a pleasant surprise on our trip.

The orange lift was a highlight, taking us down the hill to a charming village with restaurants, shops and lovely views. We stayed two nights at Résidence La Forêt Pierre & Vacances, in a beautiful and convenient location. The room was basic but practical, with cooking utensils, a hob, microwave, washing up liquid, sponge, drying rack and decent WiFi. The beds were comfortable enough for a short stay, and staff gave us useful local information at check-in. We were very pleased with what we got for the price. It's clean and not luxurious, but a great-value option for an affordable mountain break.

The accommodation works well for families and groups as it is. Refurbishment is due in 2028, so definitely book if it has been completed.
