Chalet Mon Idole

We’ll always remember our French Alps experience here. Mon Idole was a great base, with a top location and views. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the owners were super friendly and helpful, making sure our family had everything we needed.

We first discovered the area three years ago, and our August stay will be our third visit. The owners are the best part of the chalet, so friendly, helpful, and willing to accommodate us. The outside space has gorgeous views over the valley, and inside it’s comfortable with everything you need to feel at home. A lovely chalet in beautiful Flumet.

We had a great summer stay here. The owners are lovely and friendly, and I’d really recommend the place.

We really enjoyed the Flumet slopes, which were easy to reach, under 10 minutes by car with a large car park, or by free shuttle. It’s a pleasant family resort, and our son had ski lessons each morning with fantastic ESF staff. Back at Chalet Mon Idole, we found everything clean, cozy, and well equipped, including a raclette grill, fondue set, and large platters. The south-facing terrace was a treat in the lovely weather, and we also enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi area, which we highly recommend. We spent a week there as a family and have wonderful memories. The welcome was warm, always with a smile and great kindness. We’d definitely return if we get the chance!
