Chalet Skiopied

Our stay was a terrible experience. The chalet's location was advertised incorrectly, and the host greeted us rudely. We waited a long time, then were pushed into one of the rooms without any instructions. Other guests seemed just as confused. The problems continued inside. The towels and linens weren't clean, and when we complained, the owner said stains were to be expected. The apartment wasn't finished: the toilet had an open, unconnected drain and no sink, so it smelled like a sewer, and other parts were incomplete too. Workers entered our apartment during the stay without asking or permission to finish things. The ski lockers had no locks. When we brought this up, the owner just laughed. Our concerns weren't taken seriously, and we were treated as if we were the problem or being difficult. I've never encountered this level of arrogance and disregard. I strongly urge people not to book this accommodation, or their holiday could be ruined.
