The spa and location were great, and the staff were good. Rooms were clean. My only complaint is the beds, they’re really hard and need an upgrade.

The apartments had all the basics we needed, including a hairdryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils. We were right beside the ski slope, and there were locked lockers to store ski gear safely. Everything was clean and looked after, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The heated pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were great for unwinding after skiing, while the bar and pool table made for a nice atmosphere. The receptionist spoke clear, excellent English, which was a pleasant surprise compared with our previous experience at a ski resort. We were very satisfied with the stay and would recommend the hotel for a ski holiday.

Being right on the slopes is a fantastic location. The room was clean and spacious, though the decor felt a bit tired. I’d rather have an oven than a dishwasher, since the microwave/grill wasn’t much use. And €24 for a week of WiFi? It’s the 21st century, WiFi should come with the stay instead of costing extra.

The reception staff were lovely, and the place is well located on the slopes. The pool and hot tub felt small for a property this size and were always crowded. WiFi cost an extra £25 and was painfully slow. The beds were the main problem for us, so uncomfortable. No frills, but otherwise fine.
