We had a nice time here and enjoyed the pool. It's a little out of the way from downtown. One night the room next to us was loud, but we called the front desk and they dealt with it right away. The rooms are a bit dated, but still nice.

The pool was great, the food was tasty, and they let us leave our luggage after checkout. The hotel itself was okay, but it's up a steep hill from downtown Fort-de-France, so it's not very walkable. WiFi was so-so in some parts of the building. The staff also seemed irritated that we were there. They literally rolled their eyes when we asked for a pool towel. We stayed two nights and would have been happier with just one.

We stayed for 8 nights, and it was fine for a 3*. The team were really great, super friendly, and helpful. Rooms are big, bathrooms are fine, the breakfast is very good, and the pool is lovely. The restaurant serves some tasty food at reasonable prices.

They wouldn't let us eat dinner in the bar while we watched the Superbowl, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. Then they shut off the power before the game was over. The surge blew my phone charger. The previous reviews I read were right.

The spa, bar, and pool were my favorite parts, and I loved the ocean view from both my room and the pool. The staff were great and super helpful whenever I needed anything. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed staying here. Growing up in Ny, I found it walkable from downtown and a nearby beach, and I liked exploring the city spots around there. The music selection was always on point, and they even had live bands. It was just the weekend getaway I needed, and I really enjoyed my stay.
