We were four, and the bill came to €120, including a couple of drinks each. The service was reasonable and lunch was honest and nice. Most people here seem to be having mussels and chips. I tried the steak, which was good, and the café gourmand was pretty good too.

The food smelled awful and wasn’t fresh at all. The clams were spoiled, and I got food poisoning. Awful!

A polar bear came into my room while I was there. I was scared, but it brought me a Big Mac. Now George and I are chilling and watching Cocaine Bear. George got scared, then proposed to me. Best trip ever, five stars.

You might hear some noise around the building, but to me the seagulls and waves make up for it, and the sea air helps you sleep. The bedrooms are comfortable and have the essentials, with beach views. They aren’t new, but they have charm. It’s a nice little hotel right by the beach, with friendly staff and a quality restaurant serving local products.

The oysters were the one good thing. Our mussels were overcooked and had no juice, and the cocktail I ordered afterward was vile, like cheap vodka mixed with cooling liquid. Tourism and greed have unfortunately taken over a place that used to be amazing.
