Aurélie made the stay feel easy from the start, with a relaxed welcome and helpful suggestions for places to visit. The meals were lovely too, from a hearty breakfast to delicious dinners when we asked for them. Our kids, 7 and 5, had games in the garden and were thrilled to walk with the family dog. The house was a real highlight of our trip to France. It’s peaceful, with lovely views, and our airy, spotless room comfortably fit the four of us. We also enjoyed the pool, and the location worked well for exploring Perigord, Lascaux and nearby sites, including some great summer night markets.

We spent four very pleasant days here. The chambre d'hotes is a handy base for visiting the Dordogne sites, and the food was superb. Our room was spacious and airy, with a spotless ensuite, and there was a comfortable shared lounge and dining room. Aurelie gave us a lovely welcome.

The meals at the table d'hôtes were a real treat, and we enjoyed them thoroughly. The rooms were magnificent, and the welcome was excellent. It's a peaceful little corner of paradise in a convenient location. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.
