The staff were nice, but during our night there we were bitten all over by bed bugs. Our bodies were covered in bites. This place is unclean, avoid it at all costs.

The staff were very helpful, and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the communal toilets weren’t.

I was woken at 12:30 AM to give my last name so they could check my reservation, apparently because I’d paid in cash. I had to get up at 5:30 AM, and I’ve never experienced anything like that. The room was barely cleaned, with hairs still in the sink. At reception, the person greeting me reeked of alcohol and was drinking a can of beer with two other people at the entrance. Completely unprofessional. The printer also wasn’t working when I needed my bill. Avoid this place.
