The administration is really poor here. Best to steer clear.

We understood that the residence has around 200 apartments, but only about thirty are currently managed directly by Odalys, with the rest owned privately. As for Odalys, though, this is a real scandal. There’s been no upgrading or care, and no attention to vacationers’ comfort. The value for money is completely unacceptable, and I strongly advise against staying here. It doesn’t meet the standards you’d expect for a holiday. The accommodation is meant for five people but was in very poor condition. The small table outside seats only four, so five people couldn’t eat comfortably. Inside, the apartment was poorly maintained and cleaned: there was hair in the bathtub, traces of mold in the corners and behind the baseboards, and damaged walls and appliances. The kitchen looked more than thirty years old, with wobbly cupboards that barely stayed in place. Upstairs, the mezzanine had only a single bed and no decoration or comfort, making it feel abandoned. Overall, it felt run down and neglected, far below what the price would warrant.

The accommodation is functional and fairly spacious, and the residence is well located near the city center, making it a good choice for a getaway. The Wi-Fi is unreliable, which has its pros and cons. The pool is quite large and a nice place to cool off, but the water was cold during our August stay. We had to walk around with umbrellas to find shade, also a shame in August. For longer stays, it’s disappointing that sheets and towels aren’t included in the price. A more thorough cleaning check after guests leave is needed.

The building is nice, though it’s showing its age. The stay cost €96 per person, and bringing a dog cost another €100 for the stay. For that price, the dog isn’t even fed or walked. It’s outrageous.
