Finding parking near the hotel was very difficult, and the room wasn't very clean. There was lots of dust under the bed, which is a problem for anyone with allergies. The air conditioning was noisy and didn't cool the room properly. It was also hard to rest with all the noise. The walls are thin enough that you can hear neighbors shouting and screaming downstairs. People ran and talked loudly in the corridor until 1 a.m., then the cleaning staff started making noise by 8 a.m. I wouldn't recommend it for a holiday or for anyone who needs a calm place to rest.

A good, basic, clean hotel, close to a nice beach and about a 30-minute walk from the centre of St Raphael. My one complaint is the Wi-Fi, which is available only in the bar and reception and is woeful. Bring plenty of data on your phone plan. Wi-Fi is a 21st-century necessity, and the hotel needs to invest in it. I would have given five stars if it had been available.

They cancelled our booking just 10 days before we were due to arrive. I don't find this hotel trustworthy and wouldn't recommend booking with them.

The breakfast had a decent variety for France, with cereal, fruit, and a toaster alongside the usual continental choices. The place was clean and had air conditioning, an en suite, a pool, and both indoor and outdoor space.
