ibis budget Fréjus Saint-Raphaël Centre et Plage

The room and bathroom were clean, and there's secure parking, but this was still disappointing even for an ibis budget. Reception is open for limited hours, and the only staff member we saw was at breakfast. We arrived 20 minutes early and found a queue of people waiting for the check-in machine to turn on. The air conditioning wasn't very good, so the room was quite hot overnight. Breakfast was okay, though the paper plates were tiny. Only stay if you're paying a low price. We booked at the last minute and paid too much for what we got.

The design is quite minimal, but everything was in good shape and very clean. The beds were comfortable, the room had pleasant lighting and a nice view, and the bathroom was clean with all the facilities you'd expect from a budget hotel.

Good for a short stay. It was clean and comfortable, and the large bathroom was clean too. I arrived shortly after the 16:00 check-in time, and the friendly staff got me checked in quickly. The railway is nearby, but there was little or no noise from trains passing. Shops are close. The beach is more than a 20-minute walk away. There are two parking areas, an open lot behind the hotel and a closed one about 50 meters farther down the road, which you can enter with your room code. The price felt a bit high for a two-star hotel, but that's the south of France.

The beach is a 15-minute walk away. Reception is open for very limited hours, but checking in by yourself was easy. There's just one tiny towel per person, which could be improved, and no fridge in the room. A bit expensive for what's provided.
