Emily was delightful, and the service was exceptional. The hotel is very quiet but only about 50 yards from the town center. We spent five nights at Hotel Delga, a charming, characterful and very pretty place that was also extremely comfortable. Highly recommended.

The courtyard is a lovely little oasis, and it was easy to unwind here. Emilie clearly enjoys meeting guests and handles all her careful attention to detail with ease. The facilities are beautiful, clean, comfortable, and practical. We stayed while exploring the area between Gaillac and Cordes with old school friends. I'll be back, I hope often.

My parents slept better here than anywhere else on their visit, and a proper bed really matters in a hotel. I booked the room for them, and we all had a great experience. Emily is perfectly bilingual in English and French, so talking with both me and my parents was easy. The rooms have been renovated with real care and look beautiful. The communal space has a cool atmosphere, and the pool is a nice touch. It's also a great base for finding the hidden gems in downtown Gaillac. Highly recommend.

The homemade marmalade is a must to take home, and the bathtub was a lovely experience. This charming boutique hotel has amazing interior design. The host gave us a warm welcome and was extremely helpful when we arrived. I'd recommend it if you want to unwind after long workdays.

Emily was engaging and professional, and the breakfast was outstanding. The property is furnished beautifully, with simple elegance, and the spacious rooms are well equipped and very comfortable. A superb experience. If you're visiting the area, this is a must-stay.
