La Bastide d'Eulalie

We booked at the last minute and were welcomed so warmly. The place is calm and relaxing, and the homemade breakfasts were excellent. Our hosts paid attention to everyone's needs, noticed the little details, and were happy to chat. It was a perfect stay, and we'd gladly return.

The asparagus starter with foie gras and a poached egg was sensational, and the John Dory main course was excellent. Fresh ingredients, many from their own garden, made the food a real burst of flavor. It was the best dinner of the first part of our Provence trip, a lovely evening with good wines. The owner and chef is from Mauritius and cooked at Negresco in Nice. We found the small restaurant on our landlady's recommendation, and it was a complete surprise. Don't be put off by the ambiance. Give it a try.

We spent two nights with Fabienne and Frederic, who were warm, charming, and full of helpful advice. The house has so much character, with a large pool where you can relax. Breakfasts were fantastic and completely homemade, especially Frederic's yogurts and Fabienne's cakes. A massage from Fabienne's expert hands was the perfect finishing touch. We're heading home smiling and feeling relaxed. Thank you, and maybe see you soon!
