Kube Hotel Saint-Tropez

The service was absolutely 5-star, and the facilities are beautiful with an incredible view. There are 3 pools, a spa, and a fitness center, all world class. I travel a lot, and this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, if not the best. I can't recommend it enough.

On our honeymoon at Kube Hotel, we found a roach on the pillow the night before our final stay. We took a photo and reported it to the front desk right away. We politely asked for a refund for that last night so we could find somewhere else to stay. It seemed reasonable given the situation, and we weren't asking for anything beyond that. The hotel refused and offered only to clean the room. They didn't even offer to move us. With management offering no support, we felt we had no option but to check out early and sleep in our rental car. It was a deeply upsetting, avoidable end to what should have been a special stay. We lost $1,500, and, more than that, our trust in what we'd hoped would be a luxurious experience.

The location was so convenient, just a short walk from the port, which made getting around easy. My stay at Kube really impressed me. The room felt brand new, and everything was spotless, modern, and exceptionally well looked after. Staff were kind and attentive, and the valet service went above and beyond. I'm already looking forward to returning. Thank you all for an unforgettable summer in the South of France!

Having several pools was a real treat. Each was immaculate, peaceful, and a lovely place to relax at any time of day. My room was spotless and beautifully kept, with a sea view I never tired of waking up to. The complimentary breakfast was generous and delicious, with plenty of fresh choices. I also appreciated how central the hotel was for exploring the area, and the free shuttle to town was punctual, comfortable, and incredibly convenient. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, kind, attentive, and eager to help throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and the amenities felt thoughtfully chosen. I had a wonderful visit and would gladly come back. I'd recommend it to anyone after a relaxing, high-quality stay.
