ibis budget Strasbourg Sud Illkirch Geispolsheim

Breakfast was tasty, and the hours were especially convenient since it starts early and runs late. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was incredibly good. The room was clean, and the bed fairly comfortable. My only small gripe was that the bathroom door didn't fit its frame, so it wouldn't shut all the way. Still, I had a very nice stay.

The front desk team were really friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. My room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed. It surpassed what I expected, and I'd highly recommend the hotel. I plan to come back on my next visit.

The rooms were very clean, the atmosphere comfortable, and breakfast was good each day. The employees and management were great. Wishing everyone there all the best.

The location was convenient and we appreciated having easy parking. Although the building is a little old, it was clean and generally well maintained. Finding spiders in the room was unpleasant and not what we expected from a hotel of this standard. We were travelling as a family with children, and the room placement made the stay very uncomfortable. We were in a section where couples were staying and engaging in clearly intimate behavior. The doors had gaps and the soundproofing was poor, so we could hear everything in our room. It went beyond ordinary noise and was disturbing, especially for the children. We struggled to sleep and felt uncomfortable throughout. This was disappointing for a well-known brand like Ibis. Families should be considered when assigning rooms, and management needs to take these problems seriously. We don't recommend the hotel to families with children.
