The staff were very kind, and the room was a good size with a comfortable bed. The location worked well for my business meeting, although it’s a bit far from Lyon if you need to go back and forth. Drinks are available at the restaurant bar or from a machine. During our stay there was no hot water. I understand technical problems happen, but it would have helped to have a sign explaining the situation. I hate to think how many people, like me, kept running the water expecting it to warm up. Then I had to go to the front desk because the phone wasn’t working either.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was great, and everything was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location and very well managed. Thanks, team!

It felt like a home away from home, with really good customer service. The meals were very good, especially breakfast.

We were there for the Wales/Australia Rugby World Cup game. The hotel is quite a way out of Lyon, but we booked at the last minute and there was very limited availability. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a nice continental selection.

The staff were unreliable and irresponsible. For some reason, I was charged twice, and nobody responded to my requests for a refund for 19!!! days. I’m still trying to get one of the payments back, with no response even from the administration. I would never recommend this hotel. In my opinion, it should be blocked from all platforms for illegally changing and using guests’ banking details without permission.
