A good budget hotel, with really nice people who were friendly and helpful. The lady in the breakfast room was especially lovely, as were the people at reception.

The location worked well for us, close to grocery shops and restaurants, with a bus stop a minute away and the RER station a 10-15 minute walk. The receptionists were approachable, very nice, and helpful. My room was clean and pleasant, though fairly small, which was expected for the price. Breakfast had limited healthy choices for someone who doesn’t eat meat, but that wasn’t too surprising at this price. I didn’t notice any place in the room to store valuables.

The hotel was decent for a solo traveller looking for somewhere cheap, but don’t expect luxury. The room was tiny, clean and fresh, and everything worked. I barely spent any time there anyway. A helpful, friendly Algerian man at reception showed me how to get to the Metro. From Line 13, get off at Gabriel Péri, take bus 177, and leave at Grésillons - Félix Eboué. The hotel is just there, about a minute’s walk away. Bring a European adapter. I was lucky to have a rechargeable battery with me.

There was no airflow in the room, and the air-conditioning vent didn’t work at all. With the windows open, it felt like trying to sleep out on the street. The lift didn’t work during my whole stay, and an employee simply lied that it would be fine the next day.
