The mountain view is genuinely lovely, and the woman at check-in was kind. That only made the rest more disappointing: the beds were uncomfortable, the dining table seemed like a bacteria trap, and the knives couldn't cut butter. They charged €9 a day for the TV remote. When I raised that on Booking.com, they threatened to sue me for defamation. No apology, just lawyers. This place seems to treat every object as a way to make money and every complaint as a legal problem. Stay if you like being monetized.

We had a wonderful week in a clean, really pleasant apartment. The balcony had a lovely mountain view, and the resort itself was beautiful. The receptionists were friendly and smiling, and we really enjoyed the pool and sauna. There's also a small gym. I'd recommend the Balnea spa in the village of Loudenvielle too. 😉

The staff gave us such a warm welcome, and we'll definitely come back. We enjoyed the beautiful apartment and its magnificent mountain view, along with the pool, which also looks out onto the mountains. The underground parking was easy to access. A lovely resort, and a wonderful week.

A real haven of peace, with shops nearby and a pool and gym inside the residence. The location is incredible, with a magnificent view of the Pyrenees range. The people at reception were genuinely pleasant, smiling, and welcoming. We'll be very happy to come back.
