We paid €90 for the room with breakfast. The rooms are nicely decorated and the beds comfortable, and breakfast is generous, served in the lounges. Cyclists on the Loire à Vélo route can store their bikes here. Just keep in mind the hotel is up a hill, so that final kilometer takes some pedaling. The view from the big bourgeois house is lovely, even when it's raining. There’s no shared dining option, which is a shame, but the owner does give you a list of reliable restaurants. We were greeted in a friendly way.

The owners make you feel looked after from the moment you arrive. The breakfast was just right, and the house has refined decor, a lovely garden and a beautifully appointed pool. There’s secure parking as well. Wonderful guest rooms for a very pleasant stay in Gien.

The owners are absolutely lovely, and breakfast is a generous continental spread made to suit you. The guest rooms feel modern and very comfortable, set in a large, charming house. Gien station is only 500 meters away, and you can walk to shops and restaurants in about ten minutes.

The hosts helped us pick out the prettiest sights, and breakfast was delicious. We spent two nights in this beautiful, stylish house. It felt at least like a five-star hotel, only much more comfortable. We’ll come back!

The breakfast was excellent, and the price felt fair for the welcome, the room and the location. The guesthouse itself is lovely, with rooms that are much more modern than I expected and all the comforts you’d want. Everything was very clean, and they follow the current health rules carefully. I really enjoyed the little chats with the owners. They were welcoming and gave me great suggestions for places to visit and a good restaurant. If you’re passing through this city, I’d wholeheartedly recommend this little slice of paradise.
