The chef and all the little details made our stay fabulous. The hosts were lovely and took time to talk with us, making sure we were happy with everything. We’ll come back with the children this summer. Book dinner before you arrive and let them know about any dietary needs if you want the five-star meal.

It was a shame we couldn’t take the 10 km tunnel through to the nearby castle, since it’s too dangerous today. Still, the boys and I will return. This is a beautiful castle, with lovely hosts, rooms, and kitchen. The chevalier and his aimée prepare original meals themselves, and it’s the first French castle I’ve come across where they speak four languages fluently. They also sent the forgotten property to our home.

The pool is really nice, and it’s very quiet around here. But the rooms don’t have much originality, and the price feels high for what you get. The home-cooked dinners were poor quality and cost too much compared with nearby restaurants. The owners also felt quite intrusive. The park wasn’t very interesting, so you have to go outside.

Absolutely fantastic! The pool is large, the rooms are very luxurious, and the food was delicious. There’s a great chef.

The rooms were beautiful, and we got a friendly, warm welcome. A lovely château with a wonderful atmosphere.
