Logis Hôtel Atrium

The rooms are all on the ground floor around a courtyard, so there’s no upstairs noise to wake you. Mine was comfortable, well equipped, and had a deep bath, which felt like a luxury. Reception was very helpful, especially the woman working when we arrived. We had two seriously good three-course dinners at the restaurant next door, with wine and coffee for 20 euro each, so take advantage of the dinner offer. It’s close to the canal for cycling, though the area around it is otherwise very industrial. Wish you were closer!

The room was very clean and roomy enough, and reception was friendly. The hotel is beside a busy road, but the rooms are well soundproofed. The bed was small, 140 cm, with only one rather sad pillow. The covid measures were very good. I can recommend it.

The courtyard is lovely, and the staff are great. The rooms are nice too, making it a good stopover. The surroundings might seem challenging, but the hotel feels like an oasis. If you're passing through this part of the world, it’s worth staying.

I booked this as a stop on my way South after seeing all the positive reviews, but the location was so upsetting that we left without even going inside. There’s a very busy road right in front and a large truck parking lot across the way. Management said the inside should be fine, but the outside was unbearable for us. I asked for a refund and the hotel refused, keeping my money. A huge disappointment. Think twice before booking. I’ll never return.
