ibis budget Goussainville Charles De Gaulle

Some of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Others need to learn how to speak with customers when there’s a complaint, instead of always arguing back or making excuses.

Just what I needed for a night before an early flight. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are simple and tidy, with a modern touch.

The rooms were clean but very basic, with a tiny bathroom, hardly any shelving, barely a table, and no luggage rack or drawers. The staff were nice and helpful, though we were overcharged.

The room was disgusting, with mould and dust on the radiator. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years! 🤮 I haven’t stayed in a hotel this bad in ages. When the taxi dropped us off, the driver was agitated and wanted to get out of the area as fast as possible. The place had a horror movie motel kind of vibe. I can’t understand charging 200 euros for one night. If we weren’t leaving for a flight at 4 a.m., I’d have left right after checking in.
