The bathroom lock was broken, and I had to call reception to get out. Nobody spoke English. The place feels run down, and although the outside and restaurant area seem to have been painted, the rest of the hotel has been neglected. I can't understand the star rating. I won't stay there again.

The shower was grimy and mouldy, and the corridors were pitch black. We were given the wrong room and charged before we realised; the hotel refused to refund us. Staff were rude and didn't speak English. They said the restaurant was full even though we could see it wasn't. Parking was a nightmare, and the hotel was full of police vehicles. Avoid it.

The room was clean, but the accommodation was very basic. The bathroom smelled strongly of blocked drains and was in terrible condition. I wouldn't recommend staying unless there are no other options, and I would never return.

The beds were really comfortable, and the staff were very nice. Just right for a one-night stay.

People partied all night, and the rude staff didn't seem to care that guests needed sleep. It was the worst hotel and the worst night's sleep I've ever had. Don't stay here.
