Maison Neuve Grandval - Gite

The host was so friendly and helpful, and breakfast was included in the price, which was fantastic. Everything felt clean and warm, with a simple, uncluttered look and a spotless bathroom and shower. We booked a room for one night as a couple yesterday, and had a great stay. I’d definitely recommend it!

The generous breakfast the next morning came with a lovely surprise: fresh soft-boiled eggs from their own hens. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the room was spotless. We were looking for somewhere to eat and asked for a recommendation, so they suggested an inn 5km away with local, artisanal products. We thoroughly enjoyed it! The place is a little secluded, which makes it great for recharging. We’d be happy to stay again if we’re in the area.

Breakfast alone is worth the trip, with a great variety of local products. The staff were attentive and very friendly, especially during meals, and the service was thoughtful. Set right in nature, the guesthouse is a good base for all sorts of outdoor activities, from hiking and cycling to motorcycling. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was generous and had plenty of variety. The rooms were spacious and well appointed, and the peaceful setting came with a beautiful view. Since October 2021, the new owners have made us feel at home, like old friends, from the moment we arrived. This couple really knows how to make guests feel welcome.
