The food was a real treat. Teddy, the new chef, served vegetables in fresh, reimagined ways instead of the usual fries, and it really delighted our taste buds. The staff were warm and welcoming, and our room and bedding were perfectly clean.

The food was delicious and a welcome change from fries, and the rooms were spotless with walk-in showers. The managers are really friendly, too. We got top-notch service at this excellent hotel and restaurant, and I highly recommend it.

In GrandVilliers, Le Must is the one with the storefront, while L'Étoile is more tucked away and much cozier. I hadn't dared step inside for three years, and now I wish I hadn't waited so long. The daily specials and varied crêpe menu are all delicious. The welcome is always warm, the decor is classic, and there's a large private parking lot. You get the idea, go there, you won't be disappointed!

A relaxed, friendly service and a reasonable €50 bill. We had a warm goat cheese salad, a hamburger with fries that were a bit too salty, a savory crepe, and gourmet coffee. The bottle of sweet cider was served at room temperature, and we'd have preferred it colder. It's a restaurant for couples. The listed closing time was 9:30 pm, but they closed at 9:00 pm that day.
