The pool and its surroundings had everything we needed, and our room was comfortable. We spent three nights with friends, enjoying the lovely villa and its perfect location. The summer kitchen was especially well equipped, and there was everything else we needed in the building too. Chantal and Jean-Claude were so kind and took care of all our wishes. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We had a wonderful few days and can warmly recommend the villa for relaxing with family or friends, or for hiking nearby.

Direct access to the beach is just 100m away through a private tunnel under the railway, and the center, amenities, and train station are close by, about 750m. Breakfast on the terrace came with a sea view, and the room had free Wi-Fi and television. It was spacious at 35m², with a separate bathroom, toilet, and shower, and looked out over the garden. The owners were welcoming and charming. The guesthouse is in an attractive, characterful house with a very Victorian feel, once the residence of Sir Thomas Woolfield (1800-1888). I’ll leave the rest of the history for you to discover. It’s an enchanting place that still has me dreaming. The rental does a great job of making a stay pleasant, though making it memorable is up to you!

The breakfast was very generous 😊. I highly recommend this property: the setting is magnificent, the welcome was exceptional, and the room and bedding were top-notch.
