The price is reasonable compared with other hotels, and for years I stayed here without any problems. This visit was a letdown, though. During our four nights, nobody cleaned the room, and we had to ask for fresh towels. In very hot weather, I don't think a four-night stay should go without cleaning. Breakfast was our only real contact with staff. The weekday server was rude and unhelpful with basics like plates and cutlery. When we and other guests asked, she made a flippant suggestion to use paper cups. There were no spoons, and she spent the time sitting on the nearby sofa chairs with the cleaning staff.

They do provide plenty of pots and plates for the kitchen, but the amenities are sparse otherwise. There's not even a hair dryer unless you ask for one. The room smells of sewage, though apart from that it's fine.

I stayed for several months and tried a number of rooms. Every one had a bad sewer smell, and one had an especially awful fishy odor coming from the heater. There were some good points, but those smells made the stay unpleasant.

For the price, the rooms are well equipped and kept very clean, and the location is convenient. The staff are also extremely friendly. I've never seen a better quality-to-price deal. 10 out of 10, strongly recommended.

The room was nice and the staff were pleasant. The air indoors is dry, the Wi-Fi is only good for browsing, and there's no bar.
