8/10
We liked the clean, stylishly refurbished flat, and everything worked. The parking behind the building was excellent. The catch is that Grenoble's old town is about a 30-minute walk away, so we drove into the city each time. The flat is in an apartment block that goes up to 10 floors.

The kitchen really needs attention, and a proper deep clean of the apartment wouldn't hurt. Still, the place is bright, modern, nicely decorated, and functional, with very comfortable beds. The tram makes it easy to get to the city center, and having private parking is a real bonus.

Buses and trams are close by, which makes getting around easy. The apartment itself was lovely, comfortable, and clean. Nothing to complain about.

The area felt bad, and the place wasn't well maintained.

Horrible filth and mold.
