I booked three days at first, then stayed the whole week because I loved this place. It’s no five-star hotel with chandeliers and giant lobby lounges, but it’s a little gem. The apartment was perfect for me, very clean, and had everything I needed. You couldn’t ask for a more central location. There are restaurants across the road, two food shops, and the trams are right beside it if you want to walk or run in the surrounding mountains. The welcome was so lovely. My dog was unsettled after the train, and while I sorted everything out, the girl at reception came out and talked to him. It was the warmest welcome I’ve had in all my years of travelling. Later, I asked about places to eat, and another staff member overheard, came out with recommendations for some great restaurants, and gave me a brochure. I’m really looking forward to coming back soon. Keep up the good work.

The location worked well, with two supermarkets nearby and Chavant station just a 2-3 minute walk away. Breakfast was good and complete, and stays longer than 28 days get an amazing discount. The rooms are really spacious and have all the facilities, though there’s no air conditioning. They do provide several table fans if you get hot. The staff are really good and always willing to help, whether it’s a room issue, the washing machine, or even a medical problem. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Grenoble.

I stayed with my family in a two-bedroom studio, and the kitchen was well equipped. It’s about a ten-minute walk to the city centre. The staff were extremely kind and ready to help, and the price was excellent for what you get. I’d recommend it for longer stays too.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and basic, with what we needed for one night. For a longer stay, it would have been too small. We could only fit one chair on the balcony. Street noise was another drawback. Sunday was fine, but early Monday morning the supermarket delivery lorries were too much. Four stars for an overnight visit, but I’d give it three for a longer stay.

The apartment was pleasant, well equipped, and a great price. Staff were friendly and very helpful. There’s handy underground parking, entered from the side lane just before the hotel. It’s good value, though the spaces are very tight. The location is great, about a ten-minute walk to the very centre of town.
