In the heart of the city very quiet T2 for 4 people #CF

There was no heating in January 2026. Instead of a proper fix, we were handed a small fan. The reception staff and I tried four different rooms, and not one had heat, so the issue seemed to affect the whole hotel. Conditions were miserable, with no comfort or respect for guests. I don't understand how the authorities let this hotel operate. I wouldn't recommend it under any circumstances.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Coming from Canadian hotels, I found everything in Europe smaller, but the location couldn't be better, right in the middle of downtown with easy access to any service.

We stayed two nights during a road trip to Provence. The hotel is right in the center, has excellent parking, and the staff were fabulous. Still, the property's general shabbiness was disheartening. It cost almost twice what we'd paid for the spotless, spacious Adagio in Dijon on the previous nights. It felt like some of that profit could go toward renovations.
