8/10
We loved having a balcony with lovely mountain views, especially in winter. The room was modern, kept in good shape, and had nice extras like a coffee machine and small minibar. Its spacious wet-room style shower and toilet were clean too. The hotel is right in central Grenoble, so shops, restaurants, and transport are all an easy walk away. Air conditioning was in the room but wasn't working during our December visit, though that didn't cause us any trouble then. We'd gladly come back.

10/10
The rooms were excellent, and the staff were nice and the service was good. The showers are the kind that leave the washroom flooded after you use them, though. I liked the hotel.

10/10
Tracy was especially kind and flexible when I asked for little room fixes or changes to my reservations. Thanks to her, the stay was great. For work trips to Grenoble, this is my favorite place. It's downtown, among plenty of good shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants. The staff are professional and courteous, the rooms are great, and breakfast is top notch. They really do what they can to make guests comfortable.

10/10
The hotel was easy to get around in using a wheelchair, and the staff were warm and friendly. Our room was nicely equipped, with a modern, roomy bathroom and a lovely balcony. It was a great base for walking through the historic town and enjoying the cafes, restaurants, and beautiful architecture. A perfect stay for us.

We were right in the middle of town, which was perfect. The staff were friendly, but our room felt old and the bed was already sagging in the middle.
