Residhotel Central Gare

We got in late, around 23.30, but check-in was immediate and everything went smoothly after a long day of travel. The location was great, the room really good, and the staff amazing. Definitely recommend. Thank you!

The apartment didn't match what I expected from the booking description, and my request to change rooms went nowhere. It was on the rooftop, with large pillars inside that cut into the usable space, something that hadn't been mentioned. The sofa was broken, and the room wasn't properly prepared before I arrived. No one came to clean it during my stay either. I'd paid in advance for late checkout, but staff came to my room at the regular checkout time and repeatedly pressured me to leave or pay again. They hadn't checked that I had already paid. The communication and organization were frustrating, and these problems made the stay very uncomfortable. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and improves the rooms, cleanliness, and handling of late checkout.

We had one of the apartments, which was very clean and comfortable, sofa bed included. There was no carpet, which was a big plus. The hotel is in a great location, with lots of food options nearby. We didn't have breakfast included, so can't comment on it. Parking is available too.

I got in around half past eleven at night with my bike, and they gave me a ground-floor room so I could bring it in easily. The room was clean and cosy, and I was glad to have somewhere to stay for the night.
