The living room floor has cracks, the TV antenna has a problem, and the circuit breaker trips regularly. The central heating in the living room is broken, and the electric radiator isn’t enough to make up for it. The apartment is dilapidated, with furniture from 1970. €900/3 weeks is far too expensive. It needs urgent renovation.

The grounds are lovely, with terraces, greenery, and private access for residents, which was fantastic. The location was ideal, and the extra space made for a wonderful stay. Staff were courteous and helpful. We’ll be back!

The garden and greenery are especially welcome in the warm weather, and the shops and market are close by. This was our second stay at the Residence, and it’s still such a pleasant spot in Provence. The staff are very friendly.

The prices are high, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. In my experience, the owner, Mr. Simmonot, doesn’t respect the holiday voucher charter. I canceled my booking in 2016 for this very reason, and he did everything he could to avoid refunding my deposit. None of the legal advisors’ inquiries received a response. The ANCV (National Agency for Holiday Vouchers) intervened, but they persisted. This year again, they accepted only two-thirds of the payment in holiday vouchers. In my opinion, he’s a mercenary who seems to care little about holiday voucher holders. Yet he uses the logo, which can attract customers, despite knowing that it requires payment in holiday vouchers. I hope this is useful. What I’m saying can be verified with the ANCV headquarters, the ADIL (Departmental Housing Information Agency) of Haute-Provence, and other sources.
