A secluded area with about 30 houses and very nice accommodation.

Our place, Apartment No. 8 Oase en Provence, had lovely detailed furnishings and a high standard. We didn't lack a thing during our stay. The complex is quiet and very well kept, and the pool is only a few steps from the garden. This won't be our last visit.

From our balcony, we could see the Gulf of St. Tropez, and the complex is in a beautiful spot on a small hill. I can't comment on the apartment itself, since each one is rented by a different owner or provider. The grounds are kept up well, especially considering there are only two caretakers. There are lovely natural paths with steps, a volleyball net, and a reservable barbecue area. That space is roomy and has extra loungers. The pool gets plenty of visitors and has two child-safe gates, but I didn't find it very appealing. Its mosaic tiles were coming loose, and people kept cutting themselves on the bottom, so bring plasters.

These vacation apartments may be attractive, but you need to know what you're signing up for: they're in a completely secluded area. There aren't any restaurants, and you'll have to drive whenever you need something. There are no bike paths either. The final stretch of road to the property is very steep, and the traffic makes the route life-threatening.
