The Le Voyage Celtic lunch was a lovely way to end our holiday. My friend and I couldn’t pick a favourite course, everything looked beautiful and tasted delicious. The staff were attentive, explained each dish so well, and switched to English when we needed. We’ll come back to try the Grand Voyage with the wine pairing.

After an incredible dinner, I had a great shower and slept comfortably. The staff are very sweet, though communication may mean reaching for Google Translate out here in rural France.

We didn’t stay at the hotel this time, but we’ll certainly try it on our next trip. The food was delicious, made with local products that were identified on the menu, and everything was homemade. They were very flexible about specific needs: my vegetarian husband had some dishes in the set menu replaced with fish. The amuse-bouches were excellent, especially the Kouign-amann, which was light and not very sweet. This place deserves a star.
