The property and rooms were immaculate, and the couple who manage the place were lovely, kind and accommodating. Breakfast was terrific. Didn't expect to find a bit of perfection in the French countryside.

Valerie made us an unbelievably delicious breakfast, easily the best we've had in our many years of cycling in France. The Manoir, its garden and rooms are beautiful, and Pont Rean is within walking distance. Valerie was extremely welcoming too. A really exceptional Chambre d'hote, highly recommended.

The only small snag was that the shower drained a little slowly. If you can live with that, you'll have a FAB time. It's a superb, absolutely wonderful house with lovely gardens and a kind, charming host. There are several restaurants close by, including a family friendly place on the river just a few minutes away. Exceptional.

The owners made us feel welcome, and we really enjoyed our stay at Manoir le Courtillon. Everything was well organised and clean. The food was great, especially breakfast, and it's a perfect place to relax on holiday.

Not much more to say, this manoir is wonderful. The room and breakfast were lovely, and Madame Valerie and her husband are awesome. We'll be back as soon as we can.
