The restaurant alone makes this place worth a visit. Its cuisine is a real focus, and the food was very good, with some past stories involving the Michelin Guide and Gault & Millau, sic! The hotel also has the facilities you need, including a swimming pool and a clean room. For a 2-star hotel, it’s good value, and the service was friendly and professional.

The food was really nice, and they even used a tiny "vaccuum cleaner" to get the bread crumbs off my bit of table. Such a nice touch. It’s a very French restaurant, a little high end but not THAT expensive. Service was friendly, though the language barrier made it short and evasive, which is a shame. It was also very busy, so keep that in mind. They did try their best, and I’d definitely recommend the restaurant.

Right in the centre of Guilliers, this is a beautiful hotel and restaurant with a lovely ambience. The menu is extensive and caters for all tastes, and the food is top quality. It’s not the cheapest place in the area, but you get what you pay for and more. Attentive service too. Highly recommended.

Friendly service, with superb fish, pork, and duck. The desserts were great, especially the incredible creme brulee. Perfect.
