The place is compact, but it has what you need and sits near the amenities.

For a few days in the area, this is a really good choice. The small apartment feels new and cosy, with nearly everything we needed. We only missed an iron and a microwave. Would recommend it!

A well-equipped little room, right in the centre.

The owners are charming, though the place itself is ground floor and very noisy, which is a shame. It works perfectly for one person on a short visit, but I wouldn't recommend it for a couple.

We spent five nights here in mid-August, when it reached 38°C for those five days. If summers keep being that hot, a fan or ceiling fan would be very welcome in the studio. The rental itself went very well: it's right in the centre of Guingamp, under 50 metres from the main street, with free parking just across the road. The owners are very friendly. This was our second stay with them, and we'll definitely come back on our next trip.
