The manager and staff were so kind, and the morning breakfast and holiday activities were lovely. Our room was cleaned every day, and the service was nice. A beautiful, clean hotel with everything we needed. 😍😍

We usually get a great night's sleep here before an early flight from Brest airport, and the rooms are normally quiet. This last time, though, karaoke in the bar went on until around 11pm. Our room was above it, and the singing started after we'd unpacked and gone to bed, so moving would have been a hassle. It would've helped to know at check-in and to get a room farther from the bar. We often have to be up at 4 or 5am for our flight, so quieter evening entertainment would suit guests like us. We do love staying here regularly: the team is great, rooms are clean and well equipped, the bar is cool, the restaurant food is excellent, and we love the terrace and the hotel goats.

I stayed three nights, and the room wasn't cleaned once. The lobby staff were kind, but they seemed young and didn't know how to handle things, especially with a Platinum member visiting. Staff training and major improvements are needed. Really disappointed with this hotel.

The food was so bad I wouldn't give it to my dog 🤮🤮🤮🤮. At least the rooms are clean and very nice.
