I felt comfortable throughout my stay, and the hotel was good value for what I paid. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.
4/10
The view from our window was amazing, and we could walk to everything nearby. The rooms were very clean and service was good, but there was a practical problem: just one charger outlet in the room and another in the bathroom. It was so hot indoors that they brought us a fan, but there wasn’t a plug available to run it. Breakfast was quite limited, and we had to wait about ten minutes for the plates to be replenished.

Rooms at the front of the hotel have a better view than the ones at the back.
4/10
The place felt really outdated, and finding cockroaches in the room made for a very bad stay.

Jane at reception made my stay. She was warm and welcoming, sorted out my check-in efficiently, and shared useful local recommendations. Her helpful, professional manner made the whole experience enjoyable. She went out of her way to make sure things went well, so I highly recommend her service.
