This may sound a little funny, but I've traveled in many Western European countries and feel like 80 percent of Germans are hard of hearing. There are also a lot of French people who are almost deaf, as well as people who've moved elsewhere. For them, whether a hotel is quiet may not matter much, but it's quite important to people who aren't injured!

Our car trouble meant we couldn't reach the hotel before the desk closed. They refunded the full amount so we could book somewhere else. That was great service. Thanks so much!

The radiator for the central heating in my room never worked. Is this a summer-only hotel?

For the price, the quality was good. The shower and toilet suite was a bit small.

I pay more at other hotels, but there they don't make my bed every day. Here I get that daily, which still surprises me.
