The quiet of the Moselle Vosges mountains made it easy to slow down and unwind. Clos Angélique is a lovely 4-star gîte, and Isabelle gave us such a thoughtful, kind welcome. The place is set up for comfort, with warm décor, a well-equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms that each have an en-suite bathroom. The garden sauna was especially nice for relaxing in winter. A real little haven. I’d happily recommend it.

The place was spotless, and you can tell the owner pays attention to the little details. The decor feels warm and welcoming, and the accommodation had everything I needed to be comfortable. The manager was incredibly kind too. I had a fabulous stay and would gladly recommend it.

We were comfortable there with my children, and the cottage is close to everything, from forest and countryside hikes to walks in town. It’s clean, functional, and well organized, with practical tips in frames about the TV, recycling, and even opening the windows to prevent cat accidents. The host was attentive while still giving us space. The decor is lovely, and the kids were thrilled to have their first sauna experience. We’ll definitely come back.
