Hébergement Insolite - Le Bivouac

We really appreciated how attentive Josette and Robert were to what we needed. This is a great-value bed and breakfast in the middle of the Landes countryside, with a wooded park, a swimming pool, and an outdoor summer kitchen. The amenities are excellent, and breakfast is superb. Highly recommend it.

Breakfast was generous, with local products and Josette's homemade jam, which we loved. Our room for three was comfortable, spotless, and beautifully done, with a very large bathroom. Robert and Josette gave us a warm welcome and showed us around the whole property. There's also a swimming pool and a huge, well-kept park. A beautiful place, and I highly recommend it. Thank you, Robert and Josette.

Breakfast had lots to choose from, including delicious homemade jams, and our hostess was very attentive. We even got to try strawberries from her garden. Our hosts also suggested a lovely farm inn a few kilometres away. We rented both bedrooms for ourselves and our three children. The seaside room was bright and spacious, and accessible for people with reduced mobility. The other room had a more rustic feel, with tasteful country-style decor. Everything was spotless. The couple were lovely, clearly passionate, and happy to chat with guests. The grounds are extraordinary, expansive, and beautifully maintained, with plenty of amenities and games for all ages. The pool is on the small side but very pleasant, and we were lucky to have it to ourselves.

Such a lovely little stay at the gîte. The room was really well equipped, and Robert and Josette were super welcoming and looked after us so well. We enjoyed the garden, estanquet, pool, and spa. Breakfast was delicious and filling.
