The breakfast was delicious, and its area was very clean. The breakfast staff were friendly and professional. I’m giving four stars because the reception team quickly moved us to another room and the breakfast staff were so good. The first room hadn’t been cleaned properly: there was hair on the sheets and bathroom floor. The bed looked tidy, but it wasn’t fully clean.

Joelle was especially supportive, and the rest of the staff were amazing too. The hotel was spotless and in a nice location. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Strasbourg.

Our last-minute booking in the middle of the night was no problem at all. The night receptionist and his morning colleague were both so kind and welcoming. The rooms felt brand new, were clean, and cost very little. It was quiet too, so we had a wonderful stay.

They charge 15 EUR per pet, per night, which I find outrageous if you're travelling with more than one pet. If it were 15 EUR per room for the whole stay, that would be acceptable. Sadly, this hotel isn’t affordable for people bringing multiple pets.
